Simplest Fractions

A fraction is said to be in the simplest (or lowest) form if its numerator and denominator have no common factor except 1.

Fractions such as 1 * 1/2 and 2 * 3/2 are called Mixed Fractions. A mixed fraction has a combination of a whole and a part.
